📃 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This document applies to all services offered through the website www.burcureklam17.com.
By accessing the site or placing an order, each user is deemed to have accepted the following terms.

1. Description of Services

Burcu Reklam 17 provides digital services such as graphic design, digital portraits, social media content, business cards, logos, posters,

corporate identity projects, and

social media video shoots supported by drone & gimbal equipment.
All services are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.

2. Order and Payment Process

Orders are processed after payment is completed.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card.
The design process begins once written confirmation is provided by the client (via email/form/WhatsApp).

3. Delivery Time

  • Design Services: 2–5 business days

  • Drone & Social Media Shoots: 7–15 business days
    Timeframes may vary depending on weather conditions or workload.
    Urgent deliveries are subject to additional charges.

4. Revision Policy

  • Graphic design projects include 2 free revisions.

  • Additional revisions are subject to extra fees.

  • For video projects, 1 general revision is provided.

  • Revisions requested after final approval and delivery are treated as new projects.

5. Drone and Social Media Shoot Terms

  • Shoots are currently available only in Çanakkale city center and surrounding districts.

  • Flight schedules are subject to weather conditions and local regulations.

  • Raw footage is not delivered; only final edited videos are provided.

  • The shoot concept and duration are planned and agreed upon with the client in advance.

  • Voiceovers are not included; royalty-free music is provided.

6. Delivered File Formats

Depending on the project type, the following formats are provided:

  • PNG: High-resolution with transparent background

  • JPG: Optimized for digital use

  • PDF: Print-ready

  • SVG: Web-compatible vector format

  • AI: Adobe Illustrator source file

  • PSD: Layered Photoshop file

  • EPS: Universal vector format

7. Intellectual Property and Copyright

  • All finalized works belong to the client.

  • Burcu Reklam 17 will not use these works elsewhere without the client’s permission.

  • Prior approval will be requested for portfolio or reference use.

​

8. Privacy and Data Protection

  • All client information is kept confidential and is never shared with third parties.

  • Files, data, and content shared are only used during the project period.

  • Completed works are archived indefinitely from the delivery date.

​

9. Website Usage

  • All visual, textual, and other content on this website is the property of Burcu Reklam 17.

  • Unauthorized copying or commercial use is prohibited.

  • All content is protected under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works.
