🎨 Our Services – Burcu Reklam 17

All services offered by Burcu Reklam 17 are custom design works prepared in digital format.
These include: logo design, social media content designs, business card or brochure layouts,

digital portrait illustrations, and other unique projects tailored specifically for individuals or brands.

🛠️ Delivery Process and Approval

For every project, a personalized preview (draft) is presented to the client. During this stage, revision requests are taken into account and

necessary adjustments are made before final delivery.

Once the client approves the final version, the files are delivered in high resolution.
Delivered digital files are non-refundable. This is because digital products,

by nature, can be copied or reproduced — and once delivered, their usage cannot be prevented even if they are returned.

💸 Cancellation and Refund Policy

If an order is placed but the design process hasn’t started yet, the project may be cancelled upon the client’s

request and a full refund will be issued.

If the design process has already begun and entered the draft/preview stage, a partial refund may be considered based

on the work completed.

In this case, 30% to 50% of the total service fee may be deducted depending on the progress.

For fully completed, approved, and delivered designs, no refunds or cancellations are possible.

📎 Special Notes

For orders marked as "Urgent Delivery", where the project is delivered on the same or next day, no cancellation or refund is available.

If there is a technical issue with the delivered files (e.g., the file won’t open or appears corrupted), they will be resent at no additional cost.

Once a client has approved a design, subjective reasons such

as “I didn’t like it” cannot be grounds for a refund because revision rights are already

provided throughout the process.

At Burcu Reklam 17, we take a professional approach to all our projects. To protect our efforts and prevent misuse,

this refund policy is applied clearly and consistently.
